This multitasking knife combines Opinel?s signature craftsmanship with functionality. The compact design allows for easy carrying in a backpack or picnic basket, while the folding blade ensures safety when not in use. The knife has five grooved spirals made of hardened stainless steel guarantee a flawless extraction of corks. Stabilized beechwood is ultra-resistant and enables washing in a dishwasher, though it is not recommended. The Corkscrew knife comes with a bottle opener attachment on the bottom of the handle. The stainless steel blade which will not rust, however, try to avoid leaving your Opinel knife in damp environments for too long and dry the blade after each use.
