In addition to its razor-sharp blade, this knife includes several practical tools, such as an emergency whistle, cutting hook, and tick remover. The handle is made from polyamide with rubber scales. The end of the handle is enhanced with a built-in emergency whistle of no less than 110 dB! At the end of the handle you will find two separate parts: a lighter and a steel part with cutting hook and lanyard eye. It might be tricky at first getting them out, but it is cleverly constructed! The knife features a Virobloc lock, also known as a ring lock. With this system, the ring firmly secures the blade hinges in place. Users operate the locking mechanism with both hands to keep fingers away from the cutting surface. Additionally, the ring blocks the knife when closed. To ensure smooth operation, apply a drop of oil to the ring regularly.
